Hosting Template Tutorial

Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 1000×700 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black. Now make a new layer set and name it 'Resell Hosting'. Then insert a Hosting Server on the top side of the canvas.

Create a new layer then draw a green rectangle with a #6E8E00 color shade and 272 x 43px dimensions, position the shape as shown below:

Step 2:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Arial, bold, 12pt,crisp and a white color shade. In a new text layer type 'RESELL HOSTING' on the green rectangle.

Step 3:

Now make a new layer and draw a large white rectangle with 272 x 267px dimensions below the green rectangle. Then add a list of hosting features onto it, I used Arial font, regular, 12 pt, none and #2D2D2D color shade, #6E8E00 color for links and #E8E8E8 color for spacers.

Step 4:

Add more hosting packages by duplicating the the 'Resell Hosting' layer set. Make each package unique with a different set of hosting servers, for example:

Step 5:

Create a new layer then draw a 1 px lines with a #F3F3F3 color below the packages content boxes. Then in a new layer draw a large white rectangle with 826 x 208px dimensions.

Step 6:

Create a new layer then draw a dark gray rectangle with #171717 color below the large white rectangle like so:

Step 7:

Now add a large graphic for monthly specials, you can create your own or grab the graphic I used from here and insert it on the center of the white rectangle.

Step 8:

Using your Horizontal Type Tool add the text for your Monthly Special, use font Arial, smooth, white and #6E8E00 shade for colors.

Step 9:

In a new text layer type your navigation links on the dark gray rectangle. Use font Arial, bold, 14 pt, none and a #6E8E00 color. Below that add your copyright text, use font Verdana, regular, 11 pt, none and a #CBCBCB color.

Step 10:

On top of the template add your website name, I used Arial font, bold, 30 pt, smooth and white in color. Then below the name add your slogan with a smaller font.

End Result:
