Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 600x200 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black. Now make a new layer set and name it 'Nature Text'.

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to whatever font you want to use (I used Baskerville Old Face), regular, 83 pt, strong and #637C00 color shade. Now create a new text layer then type whatever you want the text to say.

Step 2:

Select the Custom Shape Tool and then choose a plant shape, I have used the plant shape from the default selection as shown below but you might have other custom shapes that might give a better result:

Step 3:

Now use that plant shape to decorate your text, you can copy what I have done below or style it your own way. Then merge your 'Nature Text' layer set through Layer > Merge Layer Set, this should turn the layer set into a regular layer instead of the text layer that it was before.

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Pattern Overlay blending options to your text design layer as shown below:

Step 5:

In a new text layer add your text again in white (same font, size, etc), make sure its behind the nature text design layer on the Layers Window. Move it down a few pixels as I have in the image below:

Step 7:

Duplicate the text design layer from the last step then create a new layer and merge both of them together. The text layer should transform into a regular layer.

Step 8:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Pattern Overlay blending option to your text design layer from step seven. Then set the text layer's blending mode to Hard Light as shown below:

Step 9:

Now apply a motion blur through Filter > Blur to the text design layer from the last step, use the settings below:

Step 9

My end result looked like this, I still think it's a bit too dark, but that can easily be fixed if I ever use it in any design.
